Refund Policy

1. Free Trial

NexGen AI Advisors offers a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period:

• You will have access to the features included in your selected plan
• No payment information is required to begin the trial
• No charges will be applied during the trial period
• You may cancel at any time during the trial without obligation
• If you do not cancel, your subscription will begin at the end of the trial period once you provide payment information

2. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at billing@nexgen-ai.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you have already paid for
• After cancellation, your account will revert to the free tier with limited access
• Your data will be retained for 30 days after cancellation, after which it may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy

3. Refunds — First 30 Days

If you are dissatisfied with the Services within the first 30 days of your initial paid billing cycle:

• You may request a pro-rated refund for the unused portion of your subscription
• The refund amount will be calculated based on the number of days remaining in your billing period
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days
• One refund per customer

4. Refunds — After 30 Days

After the first 30 days of your paid subscription:

• No refunds will be issued for any reason
• You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges
• You will retain access until the end of your current billing period

5. Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscription plans:

• A pro-rated refund is available within the first 30 days
• After 30 days, no refund will be issued for the remainder of the annual term
• Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal at the end of the annual period

6. Enterprise Plans

Enterprise plans are governed by individual service agreements. Refund and cancellation terms for Enterprise customers are defined in their respective contracts. Please contact your account representative or email enterprise@nexgen-ai.com for details.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email billing@nexgen-ai.comwith the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your account email and the reason for your request
3. We will review your request and respond within 3 business days
4. If approved, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy
• Fraudulent refund requests
• Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-ups and refund requests)
